You can read the rest of their largely sensible policies for Cornwall here: Cornwall Green Party Manifesto 2013 (opens pdf). Tactically the Greens might be a competitor for votes but as far as their policies are concerned I can't accept that they are the enemy of Cornish empowerment.
Just stumbled across this blog - South West of England and Cornwall Green Left - which certainly seems to give clear recognition to the Cornish question.
